2. Response Times

We aim to respond to all support requests within **24 to 48 hours** (Monday – Friday). During product launch weeks or major updates, wait times may be slightly longer, but we prioritize urgent bug reports.

3. Support Period

All Spin Pulse purchases include **6 months of support** via ThemeForest. You can extend this support period at any time through your Envato account.

Note: You will always have access to theme updates and bug fixes for the lifetime of the product, even if your support period has expired.

4. How to Contact Support

Once the theme is live, all support must be handled through the official **Envato Support Tab**. This allows us to verify your purchase license and maintain a history of your requests.
